ADHD Dude Mobile App Terms of Use
ADHD Dude, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to the ADHD Dude mobile application (the “App”), including all content, features, and services offered through the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Free App Access
The App is free to download and use.
However, certain features, content, and services within the App require an active paid subscription.
- Membership and Subscription
Access to premium content within the App requires an active subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- The subscription is $29 per month
- Billing occurs automatically each month on the same date as your original purchase
- Your subscription will continue until canceled
- Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you provide clear and affirmative consent to recurring billing.
You authorize ADHD Dude, LLC to charge your payment method on a monthly basis unless you cancel.
- Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings within the App or platform
- Through PayPal (if used at purchase)
- By emailing [email protected] with the subject line: Please cancel, and sending from the email used to sign up
To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your billing date.
If canceled less than 24 hours before billing, you will be charged for the next month and retain access through that period.
- Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused membership time
- Failure to use the App
- Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share App content
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the App
- Upload harmful code or engage in abusive behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
- Intellectual Property
All content within the App is owned by ADHD Dude, LLC.
This includes:
- Videos
- Written materials
- Frameworks and training content
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
- No Medical or Therapeutic Services
The App provides educational content only.
- It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
- Use of the App does not create a therapist-client relationship
You should consult a licensed professional for individualized care.
- No Guarantees
We do not guarantee results.
Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, consistency, and implementation.
- Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party platforms, including Kajabi and payment processors.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Platform limitations
- Third-party policies or actions
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Dude, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADHD Dude, LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
