Confident Parents, Capable Kids:
The Parent Training That Stops Arguing, Defiance, and Daily Battles
Does this sound like your home?
- Your child regularly pulls into arguments where nothing gets resolved
- Your child is cooperative everywhere else, but not at home
- They try to avoid anything that isn't interesting to them
- Has a hard time hearing no, won't let things go
- Becomes physically aggressive toward family members or destructive when they don't get their way
- Inflexible, says "no" to anything new
- Treats family poorly, then acts as if nothing happened
- Makes threats when upset
These aren't character flaws. They're common patterns in homes where ADHD-specific strategies aren't in place.

Why ADHD Dude Parent Behavior Training (And Not Therapy)
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends Parent Behavior Training as the first-line treatment for kids with ADHD. Talk therapy, play therapy, and occupational therapy are not recommended treatments. The research shows they don't change ADHD-related behavior.
Parent Behavior Training does. It teaches you, the parent, the skills and structure your child needs to function at home and beyond.
DHD Dude is built entirely around this approach. Created by Ryan Wexelblatt, LCSW. He's a licensed clinical social worker, former school clinician, and dad to a son with ADHD who once had aggressive and oppositional behavior. Ryan has worked with thousands of families and presents regularly at the International Conference on ADHD.
