ADHD Dude Membership Site Terms of Use
By purchasing access to the ADHD Dude Membership Site, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Use. This is a legally binding agreement between you and ADHD Dude, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Coach,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Membership Description
The ADHD Dude Membership Site (the “Membership Site”) provides educational content, resources, and live office hours designed for parents of children with ADHD.
Customer understands that:
- This is a monthly subscription-based membership
- Content, features, and access may evolve over time
- Access is granted only while the subscription is active
2. Payment and Subscription Terms
Customer agrees to pay $29.00 per month for access to the Membership Site.
By purchasing, Customer authorizes Coach to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month as the original purchase
- Charges will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms
3. Automatic Renewal and Billing Authorization
By completing a purchase, Customer provides clear and affirmative consent to the following:
- The subscription is recurring at $29.00 per month
- Charges will be automatically applied to the payment method on file
- The subscription will continue until canceled by the Customer
Customer will receive a purchase confirmation email that includes billing and cancellation information.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel their subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Through account settings within the Membership Site platform
Option 2: Through PayPal (if PayPal was used for purchase)
Option 3: By emailing [email protected] with the subject line: “Please cancel”
- Customer must email from the same email address used to sign up
To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the billing date, the Customer will be charged for the next billing period and will retain access through the end of that period.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for:
- Partial months
- Unused membership time
- Failure to use the Membership Site
- Dissatisfaction with the content
Customer may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
6. No Medical or Therapeutic Services
The Membership Site provides educational and informational content only.
- It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
- Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship
Although Ryan Wexelblatt is a licensed professional, no clinical or therapeutic services are being provided through the Membership Site.
Customer agrees to seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health care if needed.
7. No Guarantees
Customer understands that results are not guaranteed.
Individual outcomes will vary based on many factors, including implementation, consistency, and individual circumstances.
Participation in the Membership Site is voluntary, and Customer accepts full responsibility for their use of the information provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Membership Site is the exclusive property of ADHD Dude, LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Videos
- Written materials
- Frameworks
- Systems
- Coaching strategies
Customer is granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Customer may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Teach or repurpose the material to others without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Confidentiality
Customer agrees not to share or disclose any proprietary or confidential information obtained through the Membership Site.
This includes:
- Program materials
- Coaching content
- Discussions during office hours
Violation of this section may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
10. Technology Disclaimer
Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access the Membership Site.
Coach is not responsible for:
- Internet issues
- Device compatibility issues
- Platform outages outside of our control
Failure to access content due to technical issues does not qualify for a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Dude, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Customer’s use of the Membership Site.
Customer agrees that use of the Membership Site is at their own risk.
12. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADHD Dude, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Customer’s use of the Membership Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in the State of Arizona.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in a court of law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Modifications to Terms
ADHD Dude, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Customers will be notified of material changes when appropriate.
Continued use of the Membership Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and ADHD Dude, LLC, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Membership Features (Subject to Change)
At the time of purchase, Membership Site access may include:
- Access to all currently published webinars and training content
- Access to live monthly office hours
Features are subject to change at any time without notice.
